Grow Weed Blog
What? You thought the title was about something new??? Nah! All the time the dea pukes have been arresting people because they were injesting or possessing something that "has no medical value" the dea pukes were completely aware of the following:
US Government Patents Medical Pot http://blog.norml.org/2008/07/03/us-government-patents-medical-pot/ÂJuly 3rd, 2008 By: Paul Armentano, NORML Deputy Director  The extent of the federal government's hypocrisy on the issue of medicinal cannabis truly knows no bounds. Don't believe me? Just click http://www.patentstorm.us/patents/6630507/fulltext.html  (Thanks to Huffington Post blogger Brinna for the link.) http://www.huffingtonpost.com/  US Patent 7730507 - Cannabinoids as antioxidants and neuroprotectants http://www.patentstorm.us/patents/6630507.html  Application: filed on 2/02/2001  US Patent Issued on October 7, 2003  Assignee: The United States of America, as represented by the Department of Health and Human Services   And there you have it. The same federal government that steadfastly denies pot has any medicinal value also holds the medical patents on the plant's various therapeutic cannabinoids. And they aren't the only ones who do. NORML podcaster Russ Belville and I will be discussing this issue in depth — as well as the related issue of whether or not Big Pharma is behind the prohibition of pot — on the Daily Audio Stash next week. http://stash.norml.org/ you duplicitous, lying slave masters! the prohibition against pot here in America has got to be the worst federal scandle since the institution of slavery in America. We knew better, but hey! slavery is in the bible so how wrong can it be? you murdering slave master liars! Is that ol' suckmeBush on a rant again? how can I be ranting when the cops, in the name of protecting us, murder little old ladies in their night gowns by shooting her over twenty times with hand cannons while shooting each other all to hell at the same time all because there was a mistake on the warrent and the cops kicked in the door of a completely innocent little old lady that they then murdered. Oh, hell, no. Go read the Marijuana News I posted on this. dea wankers, you are righteously dispised by the God fearing of America. End your constitution trampling NOW! Your enslavement is far worse than the problem we were hoping to fix. Now the dea is the problem far worse than the marijuana ever was! We need cops for the hard drugs, but with 90+% of the drug money going to interdict marijuana we have cops doing foolishness. Why, it's as if the lawyers and cops thought they were doctors and patients, and then we have enslavement fixing this. Aliens orbiting over head must think we are still in the stone age with this sort of failed leadership. Don't believe in aliens dea turds? smoke pot and you can hear them... NOT! you do not see pink elephants on pot! it is totally different than such foolishness you idiots must keep telling each other it does. Can I break it clear down for them, folks? dea? legalize soft drugs so the hard drugs go out of favor. This is a very repeatedly proven assertion. And Please restore the dignity you have fucked off regarding our respect for the law based on law having the good of the people in mind like we used to. |
Marijuana: Massachusetts
Decriminalization Initiative Polling
 Well
A Massachusetts initiative that would decriminalize marijuana possession looks set to win in November, if polling numbers from this month are any indication. According to a 7NEWS/Suffolk University poll, the initiative now has the approval of 72% of voters. Only 22% of respondents said they opposed the decrim measure, while 6% had no opinion. The initiative, sponsored by the Committee for Responsible Marijuana Policy, would replace current criminal penalties for marijuana possession with a civil penalty of forfeiture of the marijuana and a $100 fine. It looks like the Massachusetts public is on board with decrim, said David Paleologos, director of the Political Research Center at Suffolk University. "This issue suggests that there is a libertarian streak in the thinking of Massachusetts voters," he said. The decrim initiative, known as Question #2 on the November ballot, is the only one of three initiatives garnering majority support, according to the poll. An initiative that would reduce and ultimately eliminate the state income tax was trailing 50% to 36%, while an initiative that would bar dog racing that entailed wagering was hovering at the half-way mark, with 50% approval and 37% and opposed. Massachusetts voters may be uncertain about dog racing and opposed to messing with the state tax system, but they seem clear about the need to decriminalize marijuana possession. If they pass the initiative, Massachusetts will become the 13th decrim state and the first since Nevada in 2001.
So! Waddaya say, Senator Grassley? you feeling more and more isolated like an out of step dork?
Me? I been growing reefer for decades. That is why I am your humble narrator, SuckMeBush!
and if Carl wins maybe we can make up more blue tents to drag the cops in and help them engage in a debate... with the fumes.
just maybe there wouldn't be so many cop related wife beatings and suicides, eh?
maybe some of them could start to realize we growers are not enemies after all.
OK, clearly that "acceptable amount" is what this broohaha is all about. The Governor invited the cops in because they have all this medical opinion that becoming a cop has bestowed upon them... none whatsoever! So who cares what the cops think because only doctors and patients need be heard here?!
Cops are invalid authorities when it comes to how much and who gets pot. The Governor should not have called them for more opinion. They have no business interfering with the doctors who the cops should be supporting, period.
The opinion of cops is for when things are against the law. Medical cannabis is legal in Washington, who cares what the irrelevant cops thinks about a medical issue on company time, other than to enforce the law?
Who cares what the irrelevant cops think about a totally medical subject?
I don't. I agree with Carl Olsen, cannabis should be on the same schedule as coffee is.
Then the cops can pack their opinion about how much pot it takes to treat sick people with and shove it up their lying asses. period. end of transmission! lol
State prefers alcohol over marijuana use
August 16, 2008
In the Aug. 4 article, "Iowans' Tippling Boosts State Coffers," it was reported that the Iowa Alcoholic Beverages Division raked in revenue of $87.6 million from the sales of a very dangerous recreational drug that people can die from if they drink too much of it. At the same time, Iowa will arrest responsible adults and take away their driver's licenses - even if the so-called crime had nothing to do with driving - for simply possessing marijuana, a plant that is impossible to fatally overdose on. If convicted of possession of marijuana, the criminal will have to pay the state a good chunk of money in order to stay out of jail, and will be harassed by the Iowa Department of Corrections until probation is completed. Make sense? - James F. Grimm, Des Moines Can you imagine why it is so dangerous to grow God's saving plant here in farm-state iowa? Because they are fear driven ignorent-staying hicks? It really nicks me to hear Iowans brag about how educated we are here in Iowa. It nicks me because one day cannabis extract will be taken like vitamins are now, in the morning, everyday to your kids. What???? kids? Oh! how very degenerate of you, you dreadful SuckMeBush! It nicks me how ignorent and dumb people can be. You will see it for yourselves once the tremendous things this blog is speaking out about are more commonly revealed. What things could that be, you awful mouthing SuckMeBush? Â How about how the United States of America has deliberately witheld cancer medication all the while arresting people like myself for using the cancer cure? How about how the United States of America commits acts of war against Canada by sending in the lying pukes of the dea to terrify legitimate Canadian citizens and public officials into obeying the lies of the traitors to our nation that occupy the dea power structure? Want proof of any of the above? How about this? US Patent 6630507 - Cannabinoids as antioxidants and neuroprotectants. Who could be so evil, so lowdown dirty as to deliberately withold anti-ageing medications from the people of the United States of America? Only a slimy filthy lying enemy to the people of the United States is who. That would be the scum sucking dea. They hate us so badly that all that counts to them is their pension when they get to retire. And that pension is Bi-ig. We need to thin their ranks so very badly! We need to fire the dea employees for the good of the nation. We are depleting our national reserves of capital in order to destroy on cannabis smokers. It is entirely insane to waste our precious treasure on such stupidities. I suppose we need to talk about LEAP before too long. Ever heard of them? God Bless Your GardensMore Articles...
